At Capper & Jones we offer some services at fixed prices.  A list of these charges is set out below but is not exhaustive and could be subject to change if we feel the work to be undertaken falls outside the scope of the fixed price.  Please note the current VAT rate is 20% **

Independent legal advice in respect of a mortgage or legal charge (including witnessing documents other than oaths/affidavits/statutory declarations)
