Robert Capper  

Robert is a former partner in the firm, and having now retired, works with us as a consultant.  Robert has many years experienced in commercial property, residential conveyancing, employment, landlord and tenant, Wills and probate.   

Heather Foulkes

Heather is a solicitor and partner in the firm, regulated by  the SRA.  She was admitted as a solicitor in 2003.  Heather  is  the head of the conveyancing department.  She has many years experience in  residential conveyancing, Wills and probate.

Susan Jones

Susan is a solicitor and partner in the firm, regulated by the SRA.  She was admitted as  a solicitor in 1983. Susan is the firm’s COLP.  Susan has many years experience children law, residential conveyancing, family law, general litigation and neighbour disputes.  

Suzanne Kinnair

Suzanne is a qualified paralegal and is a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals.   She has worked in the legal profession for in excess of 25 years and  has gained vast experience in several areas of law.  Suzanne’s particular areas of expertise are unregistered residential conveyancing and Wills & Probate.
